For the past 7 years I give up cake and pastries every lent. So for me Easter is a very big celebration! This year to celebrate Easter I made a Red Velvet Cake with a chocolate ganache filling, Old Fashioned Banana Cream Pie, and of course there must be chocolate- so I made a Chocolate Pie too. Friends and family agree that it was definitely worth the wait. :)
